    1.25 spacer 285 75 16's a hammer for the front an a helper leaf for the rear.

    Most of the time it’s not going to do anything. It will change the angle if you get vibrations after the lift otherwise it’s not needed. Some people use them most don’t. I had one because I got vibrations after it was lifted and they thought that would help but it ended up being the needle bearing so they took it off.
