I made my own sauce for that one.
For that size of meat I used about
    1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    1/8 cup stone ground mustard
1-2 tsp garlic powder and or fresh chopped garlic to liking
    1 tsp onion powder
    Ground pepper to liking.
Put it in a 1gal ziplock mix it all up add the meat and make sure is coated and put it in the fridge for 4-6 hrs.

I also do one that uses Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard and grape jelly. Add aardvark sauce if you want some hot to it.

Looks done. Wrap it and let it sit for 10 min. While the other gubs finish. F8B9DF17-8FAD-4C78-936E-5856C1B904EB.jpeg
