I made my own sauce for that one. For that size of meat I used about 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/8 cup stone ground mustard 1-2 tsp garlic powder and or fresh chopped garlic to liking 1 tsp onion powder Ground pepper to liking. Put it in a 1gal ziplock mix it all up add the meat and make sure is coated and put it in the fridge for 4-6 hrs. I also do one that uses Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard and grape jelly. Add aardvark sauce if you want some hot to it.
