The BS Thread To Rule Them All!!!

It's just like going to Quebec Canada. Back in the 60's not a whole lot of the people up there spoke English. It was mostly French. Today just the opposite, their bilingual, taught English in school now, yet some when asking for a direction, I swear once they know you're an American, they will screw with you giving you bad directions with real bad English.

Cleaned my work bench. Needs a vacuum and a new vise installed just laundry and cooking left for today. Loving retirement. On line slots. Not so much.

Been retired since 2017. It can get boring in the winter with not enough to do when no snow, You gotta have a project for every day. Cooking is one of my favorites, and eating more so. Just made one of my blueberry honey cobbler's that's cooling off.

Chili and taters with broccoli crisps. Here. Just a microwave touch when the wifey shows up.

Had a bowl of my garlic butter shrimp with rice, and peppers for supper.....and they wonder why I have so much bad cholesterol. Use to love chili with ground meat, but I'm on a lower sodium diet too. Gotta cut down on one or the other.

Just cleared off 4.5 inches of Nature's Ice Cream. Dug out the Tacoma and the Trailblazer. Street has not been plowed yet. So, I left the bottom of the drive to clear AFTER the plow rumbles past.

My dog only has 6 inch long legs, so his dingus drags in the snow. He don't like that.............

There was a blizzard here in 2013. I had to carry the dogs to a tree in the yard that the wind had blown the snow away from. That was a storm!!

That ice cream was a favorite of mine too, along with rocky road. Still buy it , but not too often. Been cutting back. I just don't burn that stuff off like I use to being 70 now.
6o here. Resigned to the fact that Tuesday is our shopping day. ( senior discount all day. )

No rain. Just heavy wet snow. Good for making snowmen and snowball fights. Bitchy to shovel or run through a snowblower. Great for shiny, slippery snow pack on the roads.

Interesting fact learnt from the local weather last evening
A month ago my area on the MO river and north to SD we had THE driest topsoil in the entire USA
Worse than the arid AZ and NM top soil
