That looks like a 1st gen 5 lugSo after picking up a few loose screws from HomeDepot I headed out to Petsmart for some dog food and spotted this wonderful 2WD extended cab and honestly I don't know if its a 1st gen or 2nd gen. Notice the headache rack and iron pole bed rails. Definitely redneck.
That looks like a 2nd gen!So after Hobby Lobby it was time to go home but not until I stopped my neighborhood thrift store and spotted this little 1st gen business worker-bee. Ok, I see this pickup truck every day on my way home and just now decided to take a picture with him.
You may be right Jay. I just couldnt tell. That looks like a 2nd gen!
Look at the fenders and roof! You may be right Jay. I just couldnt tell.
Did you see any snowflakes?Went down to see my VA man. It's been raining all day at the Dallas VA but I did manage to park alongside a 3rd gen 2016/17 SR5 in the parking lot. Beautiful Barcelona Red.
Not till I left the Dallas VA and got to Denton. Then it started snowing.Did you see any snowflakes?
Or snow flurries
I have those chrome bumper ends on my sr5, only wished the truck had more chrome looking pieces to match, but as they say ''chrome don't get ya home.'' I don't know what it is the newer generation wants everything black with these truck parts. Was at teh Carrollton Walmart today and docked beside another beautiful 3rd gen Tacoma SR5 in CementGray. I wish my Sport model had those sweet chrome bumpers….
Would have loved to have seen a picture like that. An ole beat upTacoma still runnin the streetsLow and behold, this morning while grocery shopping I pulled in next to a gen1 grey tacoma...I'm guessing around year 2000. This little truck gave new meaning to the word rust. The body was ok, but what it was tied to....well looked all reddish orange with parts hanging loose. Even the leaf springs looked like they spent years with the titanic. I guessing why this is I never see gen1 tacomas anymore.
