Get a good set of vice grips, and squeezed that clamp while twisting it loose. Should be cake.

i've got needle nose plier onit trying to wiggle until it got stuck
i thot it would just slip off like the lower clamp on the radiator easily did!

Never use needle nose for clamps as such. A pair of electrical pliers is better.

No mix necessary it says on the jug

Not big on reusing clamps unless there wasn't any issue with leaking around the old one. Clamps such as these tend to loose their tension over time from all the heat cycles they see.

i put a new clamp on the top only because it was way too dangerous to decompress the old one that came off without a proper clamp tool lol

suppose i should keep an eye on that bottom one on the radiator that was reused
